I must say that another of our characteristic features is our inability to rejoice at the successes of our compatriots. Quite often you can hear the admiration for these or those architectural projects made by someone, or the culinary work of a world-famous chef. But to notice and pay tribute to the success or art of one of their own, how come! Do not wait! What is art? Are the dumplings to be blinded? This we ourselves can. Honestly, before I was invited to visit the Royal Beach Resort and Spa in Sharjah, I, too, could to some extent attribute myself to the squad of these most doubting skeptics. Just think, another hotel? So what if he stands on the coast?
Well, let him have five stars. However, this visit made me think a lot, and most importantly, that not one of the hotel chains known in the world today, for example, to take the same Hilton, started its multi-billion dollar business with huge hotels hosting thousands of tourists a year. Each of them, in essence, started either from family hotels of the class “B&B” (“Bed & Breakfast” - from the English “bed and breakfast”), or from small but cozy hotels in those cities where travelers traveled with pleasure on vacation or on business. One way or another, when I was at the Royal Beach Resort & Spa, I realized that, firstly, this is a precedent and a real reason to be proud of our compatriots who risked and invested in the construction of their own five-star hotel in Sharjah, and secondly, that there wasn’t nothing better than discovering the unknown sides of "our" people involved in the hospitality industry.
In fairness, I note that the "five stars" in the emirate of Sharjah, these are not the "five stars" that tourists are used to in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. Everything is much more modest here, however, it is cozy, beautiful and at home. Royal Beach Resort & Spa offers its guests a total of 85 rooms, including suites designed for families with several children. The decor of the rooms does not tire, it is mainly done in warm colors. Particularly pleased with the size of the standard rooms, which may well pass for a small one-room apartment. All furniture and decor items support oriental themes or Spanish color, so the guest rooms are dominated by natural dark wood, rich textiles and luxurious crystal lamps - chandeliers and wall sconces. On the walls are entertaining paintings, and the bathrooms even have windows with sea views.
The main advantage of the Royal Beach Resort and Spa hotel can be called a good location right on the beach, a large chunk of which relates to the hotel itself, and most of it belongs to the owners of neighboring private villas, which, however, do not mind the walks made by the hotel guests.
Royal Beach Resort & Spa is equipped with everything you need - umbrellas, sun loungers, towels. There is also a children's playground, a bar with soft drinks and snacks. Very soon, bungalows will appear here, in which you can get a massage in the fresh air and which will be made available to the local spa. Of course, these procedures will be hidden from prying eyes, because we are talking about Sharjah ...
Now a little about the spa. At the Royal Beach Resort & Spa, it is made according to all the canons of a proper water treatment center, with two departments for women and men, each of which has treatment rooms, gyms for aerobics and sports, Moroccan baths, a jacuzzi and indoor pools. There is also a beauty salon and a hairdresser, and you can do pedicures while sitting in special massage chairs. But the main thing in a good spa is not only and not so much equipment as the hands of professional physiotherapists. In this sense, everything is in order at the Royal Beach Resort & Spa spa; professional Thai masseuses and masseurs work here, led by charming Ksenia, manager of this kingdom of health and beauty. In the restaurant "Nostalgia", where we were lucky to dine, you will be served any dishes of Russian and national cuisine of the peoples of the CIS - from hodgepodge and borscht to dolma and pancakes with all kinds of fillings. Do not want Russian cuisine, please, here is Italian pasta or seafood. By the way, if you are relaxing in a large company, try to order a special seafood seafood, you will not regret it. I will tell you a secret, the hotel owner himself recommended it to us, for which we are grateful to him. We liked the interior of this restaurant and the quality of the food served in it.

The fact that our tourist goes to the Emirates not only to relax, but also to shop, is well known in this hotel, therefore they provide free buses to the largest shopping centers of Sharjah and Dubai. In addition, in the hotel itself, as in any normal five-star hotel, you can buy souvenirs and beach accessories, and for especially demanding customers there is a jewelry and fur store. From here, those who wish are taken on excursions in the Emirates and safaris to the desert and mountains, and at the end of the vacation they will be taken straight to the airport. Well, tell me why you are tormented with the choice when there is a place in the UAE where you are expected as the most dear friend and are ready to make your vacation as pleasant and comfortable as possible.
