Etisalat provides “Create your own number” service for all new subscribers in the United Arab Emirates with payment upon delivery.
New Etisalat subscribers in the UAE, choosing a post-paid plan, can now remotely select a personalized phone number based on personal preferences.
For the first time, customers will be able to choose from a huge number of special, gold and platinum mobile numbers, configure them and activate from anywhere in the country.
Customers do not need to visit the Etisalat office in order to receive this special number, since the whole process within the framework of the “Create Your Number” campaign is organized on the official Etisalat website (www.etisalat.ae/createnumber).
This new service is in line with changes in consumer buying trends in the country. Etisalat recorded a sharp increase in the number of online transactions among consumers in the UAE, with 1.2 million subscribers who prefer to pay bills and make purchases on the Internet.
The new online channel will provide customers with flexibility in choosing a mobile phone number depending on their favorite dates (birthday, anniversary, etc.) or numbers (car license plate, apartment number) along with any of the Etisalat prefixes (050, 054, 056). After choosing a room, the client can turn to a wide range of post-pay options that meet his needs.
