Ukrainian developer successfully works in the real estate market of Dubai

The Ukrainian developer Emerald Palace Group (EPG) announced the completion of the first hundred residential units of the Kempinski Hotel Residences Palm Jumeirah project, located on the artificial island The Palm Jumeirah (Dubai Jumeirah) in Dubai. Work on this project, which consists of 244 residential units, began in 2007. It is a combination of different types of housing, consisting of expensive multi-room apartments, private residences, penthouses and royal villas. The commissioning of finished housing to customers, a significant part of which are Russian-speaking customers, began in January of this year and will be completed in April. This means that EPG will be the first foreign developer to complete a housing project on Palm Jumeirah.

Residential units of the project have a different area, which varies from 165 to 1300 m², taking into account spacious terraces and balconies. For sale are apartments and residences with two, three and four bedrooms, a wide selection of amazing penthouses, including the largest penthouses in Dubai, and royal villas and townhouses with separate pools and gardens. All housing is fully furnished and equipped with modern home technology. Additional amenities include a fitness center, Spa, temperature-controlled swimming pools, spacious gardens, a 500-meter private beach, restaurants and retail stores.

EPG Hotels and Resorts is one of the leading developers specializing in the construction of upscale, fully autonomous real estate projects in the hotel and tourism sectors. She has signed two contracts with the Kempinski Hotels group of companies: a 244-apartment project Kempinski Hotel Residences Palm Jumeirah and a 250-room hotel overlooking the Emerald Palace Kempinski Bay, which will be commissioned in 2010 and 2011, respectively.
