It is very interesting. To be honest, the profession found me. At the beginning of my career, I worked for Estee Lauder. Then Esti herself took an active part in the activities of her company. She "discovered" that I have a "nose", that is, an extraordinary sensitivity to aromas, and became my mentor. After that, I began to look closely at the area to which I had the ability. And, as it turned out, the nose too ....
Taking the first steps in the profession, have you studied with someone specific?
All my training took place in the process of work. And, of course, I was blessed to have the opportunity to work with the greatest perfumers in the world. I still learn from them all the time.
What challenges or difficulties did you encounter when creating the feminine fragrance Calvin Klein Euphoria?
The most important challenge for me when working on Euphoria was the creation of a perfume brand that customers will love and which must become a “blockbuster”. In my opinion, I did it. After all, the state of euphoria is almost impossible to convey.
What was the main source of inspiration for the Euphoria ETD toilet water?
Euphoria Eau de Parfum perfume has a strong aroma with a powerful personality. Eau de toilette is a lighter and softer version of these perfumes.
Can you give a description of Euphoria and try to characterize what is its main strength and uniqueness?
In my opinion, this is a very well-recognizable fragrance, despite the fact that it is very light and pleasant for the woman who wears it. This is a rather difficult combination to achieve. Euphoria ETD is a very feminine, sensual and sophisticated fragrance. It also has one unique property inherent in the original fragrance of Euphoria Eau de Parfum. You get used to it, and very quickly and completely imperceptibly.
Ann, what do you personally like about Euphoria?
Euphoria perfumes have a rich and tasty smell that is a habit. As soon as you first hear this fragrance, it will lead you along, and you will want to know it more and more. It is unique and recognizable. That's what I like about him.
Is it true that friends and colleagues will necessarily respond to the right perfume?
If the perfume is correctly selected for a man or woman, then they will certainly hear a lot of flattering comments regarding this choice. If a certain aroma of perfume is unsuccessful or poorly combined with the smell of the body of a person, then there will most likely be no compliments. When I work on a new fragrance, I always try it on myself. If I scented, but nobody says anything to me, I know for sure: something is wrong.
