Anatoly, please tell us what your company plans to do in Dubai?

We received a license for "management consulting", which in the future will be supplemented by another - for the services of a psychologist. But today, the main activity of our company is consultations of heads of companies and enterprises in various fields. Because all the problems of today's business are management. I even have the following expression on the site: "There are no unprofitable enterprises - there is unprofitable management." And if in any company there are problems of any order, then I can say with confidence - these are problems that come from management. From the head.

Will your company provide consulting services only to the "Russian" business in this country?

Not. We will help everyone. Today we advise in Hong Kong and Panama, Spain and the Netherlands, and other countries. In the near future, we will open an additional office in London, and then we plan to enter the American continent. Our company has its own office in Moscow, now we are here in Dubai.

Why did you choose Dubai to expand your activity?

Why dubai I came here a few years ago and was subdued. Not Dubai, no. Dubai alone cannot conquer, because today it is a huge construction site. I was conquered by the Emirates. And I would like to bow low to the sheikh, who in thirty-odd years has raised the country from the desert. This is a professional. He did what he intended. I like to work with professionals, because professionalism in any field of activity is wonderful. He is perfect. And realizing that the first president of the Emirates made something out of nothing, I wanted to come here.

Do real professionals in their field really need the services of consultants, in this case your company?

The fact is that people are usually professional in a particular area. But people are prone to emotions. For example, I will never tell you what you know and what you don’t know. I am a Tibetan monk and have spent seven years in Tibet. My understanding of what I like or dislike is long gone. And I’ll say it as it is, whether a person likes it or not. Somehow a woman came to me who had a uterine fibroid, and she was being prepared for surgery. And I told her that the appearance of a tumor in her is closely related to the unwillingness of having children. She was surprised, said: "Like, I have two children and I love them." To which I replied that you can’t love two, and kill three in the womb. She yelled at me. But I could not tell her something else. He said how it was.

And when people today create Dubai, develop it and build it, then together with prosperity they create a lot of problems for themselves. And I tell them about it. One of the very first problems is traffic congestion. A couple more years, and it will not be possible to drive around Dubai. The metro under construction is just an easy hint of the presence of public transport in the city, if you compare it with Moscow.

Moreover, it will not work as its creators intended. And the metro will not solve all the transport issues in Dubai. People who will have to use the metro today and so do not have their own cars and do not drive them.

In Moscow, of course, it happens that a person travels by car to the nearest metro station, leaves it there, and then into the subway. I was once dragged to the Moscow Metro, and I immediately said - this is not mine. This is not human transport. There something rumbles all the time, electricity is all around, everyone is pushing, in a hurry. Terrible thing. Those who are used to driving cars will continue to drive them. Therefore, with the increase in the number of urban population, local authorities need to solve the issues of road construction, including the expansion of existing highways. In addition, it is necessary to increase the amount of free space, since high-rise buildings also create an unfavorable living environment.

That is, you advocate low-rise construction?

Yes. On another it is impossible.

You said that people need to know the truth. But the East, as you know, is a “delicate matter”, and much in the East is built on cunning, cunning. How are you going to convey the truth to local people, and do they really need it?

Of course, the truth is needed. But I'm not going to impose my truth on anyone. Personally, everything suits me. We can tell a person the truth when he comes and asks. I see, for example, that a person can die in half an hour, but I will never run up and tell him about it, because this should happen.

I say only what a person asks me about. As I understand the situation, this is mine. And, in general, I do not express my opinion, I just see it. Therefore, they turn to us when it’s bad.

Why do people come to the Anatoly Maximov Management Consulting company, because today there are many companies that provide certain consulting services? What is special about your company?

The fact is that many of today's consulting companies are trying to push themselves from other people's experience in their work. Well, "Uncle Sam" became a billionaire fifty years ago, which means he's done, and that means his enrichment experience is a panacea for everyone. The programs of many seminars and trainings are built on this basis. But we are all different. One of the characteristics of a person is his personality. And what Uncle Sam predicted does not work or can only work partially for a certain category of people. No more no less.

Once a man came to us in Moscow and offered to sell our business management techniques. To which I replied to him: "You cannot sell them, because they are not there." And they really do not exist, because I can explain different things to the same person every day. Many factors influence this: from what foot he got up today, how he perceives himself, and so on. We diagnose the company’s business, what has changed in it, what needs to be added and what needs to be fixed so that the company develops and moves towards its ultimate goal. Individuality is the most important thing. And that which is inherent in one person is not inherent in another.

The company somehow contacted us for a consultation. Her leadership asked me how much time we needed to check her current activities and “make a diagnosis”. I replied that "a maximum of one and a half days." I do not need to study the audit and accounting reports, just go through the office, and everything will become clear. I can explain why the company was stolen money. And bookkeeping ... Today everyone knows that it can be "white", and "black", and "gray." This is not an indicator.

And what is an indicator?

Around each object, animated or not, there is an information field that is perceived by our organs of vision and hearing. And there are even more subtle, invisible fields that form what awaits us tomorrow. They live in our hatred, desires, dreams and so on. This is our mental and emotional process. If this is a company, then this is the period of its successful development, based on a specific program. We create a strategic goal by wrapping it in the form of a program. Then achieving this goal becomes easier, and the company develops according to a certain scheme.

Do you keep track of the companies you advise?

Today, fifty-two companies work with me on an ongoing basis. And being in Dubai now, I conduct consultations for executives who live in different countries of the world.

And if they become three hundred, five hundred, a thousand? Do you have enough for everyone? What is your resource?

He is infinite.

What about the future?

A network of consulting offices for my company around the world. And it is not just words. This is my strategic goal.
