Dubai and Abu Dhabi will fight against violators of the dress code and rules of conduct

Shopping centers in Dubai and Abu Dhabi have joined forces in a campaign to promote ethical standards and rules of conduct consistent with the cultural tradition of Islamic countries. In the coming months, large blue posters will appear in all major shopping centers of the two cities, calling for compliance with the dress code and rules of conduct for people adopted in the UAE and other Muslim countries.

“We constantly receive complaints that our visitors do not comply with the elementary rules of decency. Usually, tourists who simply do not know that appearing in public in the Emirates in beach attire, with a low neckline or in short shorts and slates are illegal ethics, "a representative of the Burjuman shopping center commented," that’s why we decided to inform people on the spot. " Also, posters will report that hugging, kissing and in other ways to show tender feelings for another person in a public place is extremely indecent.

At the moment, work is underway to coordinate the design of posters, and in early June they will appear on the doors of shopping centers.
