Dubai opens exhibition dedicated to UAE founding father

An exhibition dedicated to the founder of the United Arab Emirates, Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, began to work in Dubai.

In Dubai at the St. Regis opened its doors to an exhibition entitled "Art Exhibition in Honor of the Year of Zayed." The exposition is dedicated to the heritage of Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan.

The exhibition was organized by St Regis Dubai in conjunction with Sulty Events and Entertainment. The exhibition will feature the creations of 15 artists from eight countries.

More than 10 artists posting their works at the exhibition are members of the Al Falasi Artz Association, which supports promising artists in the UAE.

Ahmad Al Falasi, founder of Al Falasi Artz, said that the exhibition will showcase about 16 works of art by members of the association.

"We selected the best works for the exhibition, which most fully characterize the feelings and thoughts of artists," said Mr. Ahmad Al Falasi.

According to the curator of the exhibition, Bhairavi Mistri, the exposition will consist of 31 works of art.

The works were performed in all kinds of artistic styles and from various materials: abstractionism, calligraphy, works on sufi fabric, portraiture, hyperrealism, charcoal paintings, landscapes, ceramics, etc.

“We are convinced that the main goal of the Year of Zayed is to make people believe that they can reach great heights, just as Sheikh Zayed himself believed in this. Based on this thesis, the goal of the exhibition is to show the best works of each artist. each piece of art depicts a plot reflecting the emotions, feelings, creativity, style and methods of its creator, "Mr. Mystry explained.

The exhibition will last two months and will close on September 24.
