New schools will open in Dubai in September 2018

By the new school year (2018/2019), more than a dozen new educational institutions are opening in Dubai.

In the 2017-2018 school year, 169 private schools in Dubai offered education to more than 257 thousand students through 16 different curricula.

In addition to them, this school year in Dubai immediately opens 12 new schools. Most of them will begin work on September 2.

Thus, Fairgreen International School, the first school in the UAE that meets the principles of environmental sustainability, opens in September and offers students a bachelor's program. The facility is located in Sustainable City in Dubai. Tuition fees range from 50 thousand to 88 thousand dirhams ($ US 13.6 - 23.9 thousand) over the next three academic years.

Also in Al Barsha South will be the opening of the first Dubai branch of Brighton College, one of the oldest schools in the UK, which was founded in 1845 and already has branches in Abu Dhabi. Tuition for one year is from 64 thousand to 107 thousand dirhams ($ US 17.4 - 29 thousand) with an additional fee.

In September this year, another school will open in Al Barsha South - Dwight - with fees ranging from 66 thousand to 103 thousand dirhams ($ US 17.9 - 28 thousand). The school was founded in 1872, and its branch will be the first in the Middle East.
