Dubai International Airport at the end of this year should receive a billionth passenger.
According to the Dubai Media Office, the total number of passengers passing through Dubai International Airport will reach one billion people this year.
For 60 years, the main airport of Dubai has increased passenger traffic from year to year, and 2018 should be the moment of crossing the historic line.
"The total number of people traveling through Dubai International Airport since its launch sixty years ago will reach a billion passengers by the end of this year," the statement said.
