An open skating rink started in the mountains of the United Arab Emirates.
In the mountains of Jebel Jais in the emirate of Ras Al Khaimah, UAE, which are the highest in the country, a new attraction has appeared.
An ice rink has started at the observation deck, which offers visitors the opportunity to skate at an altitude of 1.3 thousand meters above sea level.
The Jebel Jais ice rink is open to adults and children over three years old. It is open from 10:00 to 17:00 from Wednesday to Sunday. Tickets cost 45 dirhams ($ US 12) for 30 minutes of skiing, including skate rental.
The temperature in the mountains is usually 10 degrees lower than the national average.
