Dubai celebrates Chinese New Year

In Dubai, the Chinese New Year celebrations begin.

Dubai, UAE. Residents and guests of Dubai become witnesses and participants in celebrations dedicated to the celebration of the new year according to the Chinese calendar. Celebrations start on February 4 with a thematic light show on the tallest building in the world - the Burj Khalifa skyscraper.

The pyrotechnic show will also be shown on February 4 at the Dubai Festival City Mall. Live shows and performances are planned as part of the China Art exhibition at The Dubai Mall.

Theme parades will be held in the City Walk area, cultural performances are planned in the The Walk beach area, where ancient Chinese art Bian Lian, dragons and puppets for children will be demonstrated.

A special menu is offered by the restaurants Hakkasan and Saffron of the resort Atlantis, The Palm (on February 4, the resort will also give holiday salutes). Traditional tea ceremonies, crafts and fireworks await guests at Dubai Parks and Resorts.
