The largest aquarium in the Middle East will open in Abu Dhabi in 2020.

Dubai, UAE. The largest aquarium in the Middle East, which will contain 33 thousand representatives of marine fauna, will open in Abu Dhabi, in the Al Qana area, in 2020. The national aquarium will be divided into 10 zones, its area will be 7 thousand square meters. It is planned that it will receive up to 1 million guests annually.

The aquarium will be the main attraction of the new coastal area of ​​Al Qana and will be opened in the last quarter of 2020. About 80 marine biologists and other specialists will work in it. Also, an educational department will appear on its territory, where 50 thousand students will be trained annually.

Visitors will be able to learn about the inhabitants of the deep sea around the world - from the tropical waters of the Pacific Ocean to the fresh waters of the Amazon, from the snowy peaks of the Arctic to the underwater caves of the Mediterranean Sea. Of course, the aquarium will provide detailed information about underwater life in the Gulf region.
