In 1992, Professor Tkachenko first expressed the idea that clouds can be artificially formed in arid places. To do this, he proposed to equip irrigation structures with special magnetic systems.
“The magnetic field,” the professor says, “increases the acid-base balance of water, increases its electrical conductivity and accelerates the reactions that occur in it. The oxygen content in such water increases, and its boiling point decreases.”
