The group is divided into small teams of 7-9 people, depending on the total number of participants. Each team must pass a series of tests at different points and "earn" points in the form of coins or pearls (depending on the specifics of the program). Usually each competition has 3 phases: briefing, planning and execution. As the CEO of the hotel Stephen Philips, “all games are designed in such a way that in a fun environment to train and educate people to work together, listen to each other and build team spirit in themselves.”
The resort is ideal for groups of 30-40 people, who will be accompanied by 4 or more guides all day. Participation in the program requires some preparation: clothing should be athletic, and shoes should be closed and comfortable. House rules on the island must be followed by each member of the group. This team building program will be implemented upon request and will not be available on weekends and holidays.
